Got to the beach about 10.40, which was high tide or just after, not much water there... Rigged 4.0 + 77l FSW, headed out, involving much wading initially. Incredibly gusty, quite hard work, had to adjust harness lines to ease front arm. Managed one gybe, spent most time trying to get used to very small board again, and managing gusts, including lots of speed. After 1.5 hours everyone (including Basher apparently!) had gone in except for Trevor, and he beat me to it... so I packed up and had a sandwich on the seafront before heading home. Hard work, but all good practice.
